What we are Looking For
We are looking for an Engagement Officer to conduct outreach to new clubs currently not interacting with Fair Game across the EFL Pyramid. The individual will be responsible for new business outreach, working alongside the wider engagement team to ensure first-class service to clubs.

Main Responsibilities
As one of Fair Game’s Engagement Officers, you will:
Identify new clubs within the EFL pyramid currently not engaged with Fair Game or its initiatives
Conduct outreach to raise awareness of Fair Game and sign clubs up to become a Fair Game club
Prepare partnership pitch decks, FAQ’s, letters, and other supporting material in line with the agreed commercial objectives.
Work collaboratively with the wider engagement team including Chief Engagement Officer and Deputy CEO to ensure Fair Game’s engagement strategy is always evolving, ensuring club experience is at the heart of everything we do
Support drafting of collaboration, commercial and partnership agreements. Support the Commercial team in developing and delivering Fair Game’s multi-stream fundraising and partnering strategy.

What you will Need to Bring
Experience in an inside sales/account management role is desirable, but not essential
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
Excellent IT and writing skills
Attention to detail and good organisation skills
Experience in negotiation
You will likely be a keen football fan
